blank screen when trying to access webmeeting

hello
im trying to acces a webmeeting with a link that i got (https://3cxinhouseheadon.3cx.net/webrtc/join/XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX)
when i go to the website all i get is a blank screen. i have tried edge, firefox and chrome with the same results. also, i have cleared cache and cookies as well.


can you please advise?

kaspersky is the one blocking it. i created an exception rule
