BLF doesnt work

i setup a Grandstream GXP2170 BLF trough the browser, seems it is not working

any configuration need to be done within the pbx?

Yes, don't set it up via the browser/local phone ui, set it up via 3CX and reprovision the phone.

The BLF keys requires to be assigned from the PBX and reprovision the device.

On the phones page, check the box next to the phone and hit the +firmware button to fix firmware issues.

there was on 3cx a page that was showing us which firmware is recommendable by 3cx to be used, trying to access this page https://www.3cx.com/support/phone-firmwares/ no longer exists

How are your phones provisioned? Are you using STUN?

STUN isn’t supported with 3CX hosting. Per https://www.3cx.com/sip-phones/grandstream-gxp/#h.zfpfgtjdoi8w set up an SBC and then the phone should plug and play.
