BLF issues after V20 update

We are having issues with the Snom D735 and Snom D712 phones after we upgraded to version 20.

After the upgrade to V20 it upgraded the firmware on the Snom phones to the latest firmware as well. The phones are all behind the same SBC.

But the problem is the BLF keys doesn't always indicate when someone is busy on the phone, in other words not showing red LED.

The BLF LED turns grey on the Snom D735 if someone is busy on different extensions instead of showing Red because the line is busy.

The LED on the Snom D712 flashes green instead of showing red when someone is busy on different extensions.
Even if you put the phone on DND, it still shows that the phone is available.

If there are 2 calls simultaneously, the BLF shows that one extension is busy but the other extension still shows available.

This is mostly with attended transfers.

Can you please clarify the exact firmware version of the devices?

On the Snom devices itself it shows, snomD712-SIP 10.1.175.0 and snomD735-SIP 10.1.175.0 - 3CX shows the same.

We have logged a ticket with Snom as well, after they have gone throught the logs/captures on the phone, they responded with the following:

"Please note that from the trace provided we noticed that the server is sending the notify to change the status only for BLF 101 but not for the others.

The issue should be inspected from the server side to understand why it doesn't send the notify for other keys, if we don't receive a notify the phone cannot change it's status, Thanks."

Can you please re-assign the BLF keys and re-provision the devices?
