BLF on Polycom not working

Hi,

When I add some users to the BLF indicator in the 'Phone Provisioning' tab, it don't displays the users on the screen of the phone. Is this only working with the 3CX assistant instead of the phone display?

I have fixed it. The polycom phone was used before and you must format the file system and then load everything again. After that it works!
