Hi!

I try to block anonymous external calls for specific extensions or ring groups only.

I figured out two ways:

=> “Settings” → “Blacklisted Numbers” => “*nonymous” | This solutions has effect to all extension / the whole 3cx system
=> "Extensions" => Forwarding Rules => "Exceptions" => Calls From Caller ID “*nonymous” | This way only affects to the configured extension, but it doesn't work for a ring group call. In case of an incomming call through via a group, the sip header is no longer anonymous.

Any ideas?

Thank you!

perhaps try to use a dummy extension with same rule exception before forwarding to RG

or you can use CID rule to do same in inbound rules

You can also create a CID rule under your inbound rules and divert all anonymous calls to "End Call"
