block collect calls

I need set up a block collect calls in my 3CX phone system, but i do not know how to do this?

We have a blacklist function function, is this what you are looking for? Its in the settings.

Is not this function. I want the following set up:

When a receive a collect call from any number, my system block this call. But if the same number make a normal call to my system, not block the call. This is possible?

The issue will be to know that the call is a collect call.
Is this with a strict definition listed here : https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Collect_call
