Block Paging Extension from Auto Attendant

We have 3cx v18 Build 312 self-hosted on Windows. We've had trouble recently with someone dialing into the auto attendant and accidentally dialing our paging line. They hang up, but somehow it stays connected and everyone hears an announcement about wanting to leave a message. Is there a way to block that extension from being called from the Auto Attendant line? There don't seem to be many options on the paging group configuration page.

Do you utilize the dial by extension option in your AA at all? There is a few ways probably to accomplish what you want but an easy solution would be change your auto attendant to DTMF instead of standard. This will completely disable the option to dial extensions in your AA.

We have it set to standard and do use the dial by extension option. It's something we'd like to keep working.
