Blocked IP

Hello,

Under SMB Free is there a way to see if a IP address is being blocked / release it?

Hi, that is for dedicated instances.

If you are using any deskphone, then please make sure they are provisioned behind the 3cx sbc or router phone, stun is not supported and that will make your IP blacklisted. Also deskphones must be using the supported firmware to avoid blocking, otherwise the IP will be blacklisted for 24hours.

Hmmm ok, it was a router phone getting deployed with a slightly previous firmware version. So I guess I must now wait 24hrs. In that case what I was trying to determine if free allows 8 desk phones with one or two being a router phone

As i remember you can use only 3 phones on smb free. Your firmware have to be up to date to provision correctly, did you read the guide?

The free version used to say 3 if I remember correctly but the new feature comparison doesn't show it (I may have missed)

The phone I used just came from another 3cx Pro instance as a router phone. Anyway.

I guess I'll just wait for the firewall if the IP can't be removed
