Blocking Callers

Hello, Im giving 3CX a test run, as I usually prefer Asterisk. In asterisk I would make an incomming route from a DID and route it to hang up, or play some music and hangup, or any way to just anger a caller and block him from reaching my internal phones.

Is there a way to block callers from calling using 3CX?

LOL, wicked sence of humor you have LOL.

What you can do.

Setup a DID and setup a "anger user" extension.

Route the call to that and your done.

You can even select a message for that extension or setup a DR.

For example:

Hello, we are in but cannot talk to you. Select one of the following options.

Disconnect.

what do you mean with "anger a caller"? Do you mean customers that have a mark "KICK ME" in your DB or do you mean callers that are know abuser?

Not sure if 3cx actually supports "KICK ME"
