I find that a Bluetooth headset doesn't work when a call is switched to video. For example:
Android 3CX client (latest version) call to a second Android 3cx client, calls connect and Bluetooth headset functions normally, then when Video is selected (tested on receiving phone), Video goes active, but audio abruptly moves from the Bluetooth headset to the phone's internal mic and speaker.
Ditto for a callus call to an Android 3CX client. Unlike the Android 3CX client, there is no visible method in the callus Chrome browser to switch to Bluetooth.
Is there some other way or does Bluetooth just not work in these scenarios? :-(
On a separate note, I have a super cool biz idea where 3CX can play an integral role, but I want to white label the Android and IOS 3CX client so my idea can't be easily replicated (I don't want to create competitors). Is there any way to get a white label client?
