Bridge 3cx with mitel using SPA3102

I was just putting this out there in case someone could offer assistance. I am trying to bridge two telephone systems , My 3cx IPPBX and a Mitel PBX using a SPA3102. I am able to have the SPA 3102 device register in 3cx but outbound calls just say not available. Inbound calls work no trouble at all. An old analogue telephone can make and receive calls on this trunk. My 3cx outbound rule for this trunk is use it with any 4 digits dialled with no stripping of number. The only thing i worry about is that the IP address of my PBX is 192.168.1.3:5060 but the IP address of my SPA3102 is 192.168.1.40:5061. It also says there are no available outbound lines in log below but the SPA 3102 reports from the info page that PSTN line Hook status is on. WHat could it be?

I have to assume that you are using the PSTN portion on the 3102 to connect (a 3CX trunk) to a line on the Mitel board.
Many Mitel extension lines only put out 24 volts, which causes the default settings in the 3102 to think that the line is in use.

Confirm the line voltage, if it is close to 48 VDC, then ignore this. Go to the PSTN line tab/International Control/Line-in_Use Voltage, and change that to something less than 24 volts.

Confirm that the PSTN port number on the 3102 matches the port number in 3CX. 3Cx uses a default of 5062 for a 3102 trunk, the 3102 uses 5061. It won't work unless you have changed one end to match the other.

I'm not seeing any mention of the IP for the 3102, so there may be other issues as well.

You may have to better explain how you are making use of the 3102 in your particular set-up given that it consists of two (can be independent) devices.
