Broadvoice Errors While Registering

Greetings.

I am trying to setup a Broadvoice account for use with 3CX.

I am using the default stun.3cx.com stun server in my configuration and I am seeing the following errors when attempting to register:

16:51:00.040 ClientRegs:nFailure Registration of sip:[email protected] has failed; reason=Service Unavailable

16:50:59.890 ExtLine::Register_ Send registration for "8565284955"<sip:[email protected]>

16:50:59.890 ExtLine::Register_ Use Specified IP for device line registration DN='1000' device='Broadvioce'

16:50:59.058 CallMgr::failResolveExtIp Failed to resolve external IP!

16:50:59.058 StunClient:rocess STUN failed to resolve external IP using server 194.221.62.209

16:50:56.053 StunClient:rocess Send initial STUN request to 194.221.62.209

The server is 1 to 1 mapped to the external address. I have tried manually specifying the external ip address of my server in the "Which IP to use in 'Contact' field for registration" field and I still receive the same error. I have ports 3478, 5060 and 9000-9003 udp open inbound to the server and all ports are permitted to pass outbound from the server. Where am I going wrong in my configuration?

I know it doesn't seem right but try leaving the registrar ip field empty and use sip.broadvoice.com in the proxy field. :shock:

reversing the outbound registrar and the proxy did the trick. I was having trouble registering phones on non-local subnets when the broadvoice was registered and registering broadvoice when phones on non-local subnets were registered and sometimes everything worked fine so I put the server on a different subnet that was just nat routed to the internet and not 1 to 1 nat routed. Broadvoice registers fine now but I still can't register phones on non-local subnets. I am still seeing "STUN failed to resolve external IP using server 80.239.235.209" errors. Shouldn't stun register on a regular NAT setup? Is there something that I need to have my firewall respond to for the STUN server to figure out my address?

Make sure you have the STUN port open on your firewall and included in your rule set for your one to one. (Not sure what firewall you are using..)
