Broadvoice SIP Trunks

Does anyone have any experience with Broadvoice and 3cX. I read that it should work fine but wanted to confirm.
I set it up as generic and have a green indicator.

Hi any luck with this we use broadvoice for years and it has worked great now with 3cx v20 we are having issues

This trunk is not supported from 3CX, what is the exact issue that you have?

It worked for years after v20 upgrade we have voice quality issues or one way audio. I upgraded to the latest beta version of v20 will report back if it is any better

One way audio can indicate the networking/firewall configuration. Did you re-run the firewall check test to see?
Most of our server Hosted server are now running on V20, and we don't have any issues on audio quality.
What you can do is set the Codec as to PCMA/PCMU as well as get the feedback from your provider on this matter too.
