BT HSIPT - Setup

Hi

I am trying to setup a sip trunk to BT HSIPT but they are advising that i need to specify the user id as [email protected] instead of trunkno@ipaddress but i cant find where i can specify what domain to use.

I have tried to add it to the username but it still fails to register.

Any one able to advise?

Have you tried following the configuration guide for BT?

Did BT specify in which SIP header they want this?

Hi @YiannisH_3CX yeah, everything is setup but they have noticed in the logs that my username is being presented to them@ip address and not a specific domain name. I will pm you the screenshot.
