Goodmorning everyone,

I would like to share some problems I found on the use of the webmeeting function:

1) although I am able to modify the invitation email, the reminder email that arrives 1h before the meeting cannot be found among the editable templates. How can it be changed?

2) when I send an invitation by selecting 3CX (Direct eMail), the email is sent by noreply @ 3cx and is correctly viewed as an appointment. However, if you click on the appointment options (I am participating / I am not participating / maybe) an email is sent to noreply @ 3cx instead of to the organizer. Even here I have not found the field to solve this.

3) when I organize a webinar, from the page of creation of the same I can add only the emails of the participants without the associated level. To elevate a user to organizer / presenter I have to do it in live webmeeting and this forces me to be present and always enter first. Even if I add them in advance by entering the room and flagging the "Organizer" level, as I leave the room that user level is eliminated.

Among the Mod requests I would like to know if you can:

1) share pdf also with smartphone

2) interact for the creation of webmeeting through bees (now many management systems are interacting with API Zoom and I am losing market)

3) on the webmeeting creation page, already see the open link, remove users, request the re-sending of the email

4) change the webmeeting / webinar profile on all the options as you wish (eg if I choose webmeeting they are necessarily organizers and the first one who comes out crushes safely ends the meeting, and I cannot do webinars because I cannot select "allow control to participants")

5) possibility to use the rooms as rooms that are active from hour X to Y on the days you want (specific, recursive, etc). I know that 3cx was born as a switchboard and the webmeeting part is a plus, but now this function is a core business.

I add a request, which does not have to do with webmeeting: fix that heck of a hotel function, that there is a web page to manage it as it used to be when there was a hotel module, or APIs more worthy than the Mitel ones.

Dear @SimonDeLaplace

thank you for taking the time writing to us. Below some answers to your questions

1) Unfor. this is currently not possible but is in the making to be possible soon.

2) Unfortunately is ICS protocol, the small attachment which is sent to make calendar invites, in general disaster (sorry for my personal rant about this "standard"), especially in outlook, if the reply to and from is not the same as the host in the RCS, Outlook does nothing with this file. Google has tons of other requirements for this so-called standard. As we cannot send emails from your email from the our SMTP server this is the best-/worse compromise of both. I strongly suggest using our integration to your calendars to schedule meetings. If you are a customer to office 365 this will be a seamless process very soon...

3) Interesting and to be considered for the future.

----

1) PDF share is in our roadmap as we currently update all our mobile clients. You can see our roadmap in our blog.

2) I am not sure what you refer to with bees, but for LTS systems we are already evaluating LTI integration.

3) plz elaborate as I don't understand

4) this is already addressed (now I have to be careful if I currently see the upcoming version or the rolled out version has the feature parity to mine). End Meeting option will be only for the host but not for all others, they can just leave the meeting.

5) Please refer to: https://www.3cx.com/blog/news/web-conferencing-roadmap/

Correction maybe to first 1)
Could you check PBX > Settings > Email > Templates > Conference - Audio & Video Reminder

As always, thanks for chiming in and answering questions we have here.

On this item - I already see Office 365 as an option for Web Meeting and use it - but not Webinar. Is that option coming for Webinar? Webinar appears to only allow 3cx.

Oh.. and - it the webmeeting limit (ie: 100) - it that per license or per extension?
ie: 5 extensions can have 20 people each or 5 extensions can have 100 ppl each?
Assuming it is a total participants per license.

It is per PBX - how your users will split it is for the platform unimportant. 1 with 100 or 2 with 50 or 100 with 1. the total sum is what counts.

sorry, i used google translated from italian (i was a bit lazy)

2) is it possible have some api to integrate webmeeting with some application (as wordpress module already did). Zoom have API and a lot of my clients are moving to Zoom solution

3) when i setup a webmeeting from my webclient area, i can only add new userbut i cannot manage user (resend mail with link to the user, remove user from the list, give some grants to the user, etc)
