Bulk Upload error

I keep getting this error when doing a user import.

Must specify valid information for parsing in the string. (Parameter 'value')

I have trimmed down the file to one extension in the attached file. Ok won't let me attach the csv file.

I am using this doc: https://www.3cx.com/docs/bulk-extension-import/
I am seeing only 4 required fields.
Would love if someone could let me know what the required fields actually are as the 4 that are in the file gives me that error.

Are you using a 3cx startup version? I believe you are posting the incorrect section of the forum. Additionally, you have provided publically extension config options with passwords and email addresses. I can suggest removing this as it poses a security risk for you.

Very crazy day. Can you remove as I can't see that option. I got everything working so it can be removed.
