Busy Here (486) Error

Hi Everyone,

We have this weird error on our side where when we dial one of our numbers, even though no active calls on this number, we are getting "Busy Here (486)". I checked with the SIP trunk vendor, and they told me that the issue was on our 3CX. I tried to change the call route to a Queue or specific extension that is logged in to the Queue but I'm getting the same result. We are running in V20 hosted in Debian 10.

Any idea where could be the issue?

Hello,

Do other DIDs work OK? Did you do a packet capture to check? Is the DID added to a trunk in the format being passed by the SIP provider?
