Hello, I have a 3CX system with a 4-simultaneous call plan. I have configured my trunk number to ring on three extensions. However, when two or more customers call at the same time, they receive a busy signal. How can I fix this? What settings do I need to configure?

How many channels in your SIP trunk do you have?

1 Sip Trunk configured,
3 Extensions
1 Outbound rule

You need more channels on your SIP trunk to take more calls.

You mean simultaneous right? how much more i need 8 SC? For 3 Extensions?

Your 3CX SC refers to how many calls can happen at once (internal and external).

Your "Lines" from your provider dictates how many calls at once you can make/receive.

you will never have more lines then your 3CX SC.

You need to up how many lines you have.

Think of it like a motorway.

your SIP Provider is giving you 1 lane of traffic.

3CX is a bridge over your lanes that is 4 lanes wide.

Hi, small footnote in case it might help

- check with tech support for your voip - sip trunk provider. Ask them if there are hard limits on Sip trunk concurrency of calling, or if any settings are required on their side to allow 4 concurrent calls via one sip truunk-did-connection to your 3cx pbx.

- I know different carries might have different limits on this, or they might require specific config related to "I am using a PBX" vs "I am using an ATA device" with my sip trunk.

- you may also want to review what SIP trunk provider template settings are in use in 3cx. and - are you using a 'supported by 3cx provider, with a supported config template" vs - 'custom template, not-supported-provider, custom config?"

I hope this helps
