call a list of numbers stops after first line

I am going through a list of numbers starting a call between those and a second call flow giving some informations through a prompt and forwarding them to a conference room.
After the first call is made the first CF seems to hang, does not proceed, until i start it again by calling it. And then the next number is called, so incrementing and reading numbers seems to be working.

Any hint is welcome.

As long as the email component is used inside the first call flow, it is only calling 1 line on each execution of the call flow.
As soon as the email component is deleted, the call flow works without any problems.
