When I use the call assitant integrated with outlook 2007 and make a call it does not work with my aastra phones but does with my snom units.
On the aastra phones it establishes the make call but immediately goes handsfree and dials the number, it doesn't wait for you to pick up the makecall. Also you cannot turnoff handsfree and the remote end doe not receive your voice when they pick up.
This is on version 9, the same setup on our version 8 installation works perfectly.
