Maybe your SIP Trunk rejects the calls coming from the MakeCall caller ID. You might need to adjust your SIP Trunk settings to take the caller's number from a different place. Or adjust your outbound rule to set an outbound number there.

I contacted my SIP provider and everything is ok with them.How can I set an exit number for Makecall? There's a way?Do I need to edit the script? I can't get out of it, and any help would be appreciated

That's not controlled from the CFD app. You can change it from the outbound rule, or from the SIP Trunk settings.

But the calls go out regularly, should I add Makecall in the outgoing rules?

Outgoing calls go out correctly from my 3cx

Outbound calls made by extensions will use the Outbound Caller Id specified for that extension, or the default setting for the SIP Trunk. That's why those calls work.

On the other hand, the MakeCall IVR will use the text "MakeCall" as the caller ID, which is rejected by some SIP Trunks. If this is your case, you will need to change the outbound caller ID specified in your outbound rule, for example:
