Call By Name from Auto Attendant

We are running v14 and noticed the the call by name feature from the auto attendant is only working for a few users. The message "Extension not found" is coming up. I've tried changing the menu option to something else temporarily and then changing it back but still the same. Is there something simple I am missing?

Users are only found in the dial by name directory who have recorded their "self id" message. Any user without one is skipped.
