Call by name lookup not working v15.5

Hi we were running v14 for a few years without a hitch. Call by surname was working great. We upgraded to v15.5 and the company directory wav still plays but when you hit 0 to lookup by name, no names in the system work. Is it still the first 3 letters or has this changed in v15.5?

Please note that for Call by name the users need to record a personal identification message. Once the do the feature should work.
