call center login help needed please.

Hello, friends. Can't logon into call-center.I don't have "new agent" button, also Under configuration tab,
Asterisk Server:127.0.0.1
Asterisk Login: admin
Asterisk Password:elastix456
Asterisk Password (confirm):elastix456
What am I doing wrong?

Do you have a filter button on the agent options page? Try that. Many pages have the filter option, so be careful to look as you navagate.
