Call Control API v16

We have call control api working successfully in v16, but looking at events raised by watching:


PhoneSystem.Root.Inserted+=PhoneSystemInsertedInstance;

PhoneSystem.Root.Updated+=PhoneSystemUpdatedInstance;

PhoneSystem.Root.Deleted+=PhoneSystemDeletedInstance;

We do not see any related to calls only to registrations and configuration changes. Any ideas why?
