Call Costs /Call Types file for Australia

Hi All

Been having an issue trying to work this out.
Has anyone been successful?
We are 07
So for local calls we use 07
National can then be 02,03,08
Mobiles 04
etc
How do we do the national bit?

Then in costs - how is it charged by the second?
How do you do an untimed call charge.
