Hi,

Just throwing this out there incase I've missed something obvious..

We have a customer site that is using a W90B Multicell Dect solution with a W90DM.
DECT Survey was carried out and devices have been installed.. though they are experiencing call drop outs. i.e - Users will be on a call and then both parties will be unable to hear each other despite the call stating its connected before finally dropping. Additionally when this happens, immediately after, those affected users will find they won't be able to make a call.. usually resolved by rebooting or trying again later.

This can happen both when roaming around the site but has also happened whilst being stationary anywhere just randomly after being on the call for longer than a few minutes.
Signal on the phones vary from 5 bars to 4 on average....sometimes though not often dropping down to 3.. which again I've been on some sites where 2 bars is sufficient for a successful quality call.

Of course, it is one of those "intermittent" ones.. we tested walking around outside where there was little coverage and only had the issue occur once... then inside whilst in line of sight with a base station occur twice so quite hard to replicate.

Just trying to rule out the obvious like SIP ALG being disabled on the firewall etc.
The switches do not support QoS - but we have had other sites like this which haven't experienced these issues.
According to the Dect Manager, the base stations are within the accepted RSSIs.
Sync type is mixed.. did want to do all LAN sync but found that for some reason some of the base stations would change from Active and synced to just Active.
This is all happening in one singular building so only 1 cluster.
3CX doesn't flag anything suspicious happening in the logs... desktop phones on site do perform fine.
3CX firewall test states all is ok

Hello,

Maybe a bit late but Yealink have this firmware 130.87.0.14, that they provide with a support ticket and it solved call/DECT sync problem issue.
Some partners in French forum had the same issue as yours and the firmware fix them.

On my side, I will test today the firmware to see if it fix mine too.
