Solved Call failed

Hi,

3CX PBX running on a vps, windows client working fine from office, but not from home.

I get "call failed" when trying to dial a number.

Any help ?

Have you checked the logs for the reason for the call failure? Can you call internal extensions?

I couldn't call internal extensions. I don't know where the logs are, but I would like to know.

Problem is now fixed, it was a microphone issue : Windows 10 was blocking access to it.
