This might be the wrong spot but I cant post to the CFD area of the forum.
I am trying to create a call flow that before I just used DTMF for but that is not available in V20. It is an after hours script that allows callers to press 1-15 and get the extension of the person to either talk to them if available or leave them a voicemail directly rather than on the main number voicemail. There is a recording that is played that directs them to press 1-15 depending on the person they are trying to reach and 0 puts them to the operator voicemail. It is only played outside of office hours and during normal office hours calls go to a rolling hunt group. Call scripts would change that and do not allow me to put in certain hours for the script to operate and I dont see how to add the recording that tells them what numbers to push. Call flow designer only allows option 0-9 and *# to route calls but it does allow dtmf but I cant specify 10-15 go to an extension.
What are my options to make this work rather than breaking up the recording to 0-9 and then having another recording for 10,11,12,13,14,15 which would be 1-5 on that one?
