I really need help with i guess Call Flow Designer i have setup the ai receptionist with open ai i have gotten the ai to answer and asked the they would like to leave a message or would the like a link to are online booking. this think it sent the link but nothing is sent and when i ask it leave a message it doesn't leave a message.
from what i read so far is i need to setup a call flow to aloud it to work right
can someone that understands how this works help me it would be much appreciated
