Good morning everyone.
A customer is asking me the possibility of setting up the forwarding of all incoming calls to another extension, activating and deactivating them at his discretion from his IP phone, as he did with the old PBX.
I explained to him that this functionality is available with 3CX,only using webclient, mobile app or forwarding rules (which however do not allow him to change the destination number to his liking) but he doesn't want to hear stories, he would like activate and deactivate them from your IP phone.
I tried both with a Yealink T21P E2 and with a Fanvil X3, but despite both having the "call forwarding" menu once activated, this function does not work.
Is there a way or will he have to give it up permanently?
Thank you
