Call Forwarding

When a user is not present and incoming calls need to be forwarded to another extension, what is the best and easiest option? Can this be configured via BLF? Thank you

You can use the DND status. Most phones have a button for DND.

What about if the user is off sick and there is no access to the DND button? What are the options?

Than you need a user with webclient and at least receptionist role. Than the user can change the status from other users.
