Mates,
My VoIP provider forces us to use a few confusing prefixes for different types of call and we don't want our users to memorize this kind of stuff, so our outbound rules take care of most it.
The problem is that the Call History of our 3CX Softphones is showing the output number of the outbound rules, with all the prefixes, etc, instead of showing the number dialed by the users.
Ex. User dias 33-4444-5555, outbound rule adds, 00026 before the number.
Call history show 000263344445555.
So if a user decides to redial, they get confused with the big number and/or the call won't complete because we dont have rules for the correct format.
I dont think call history should show the 'fixed' numbers, but the original ones.
Is there a option i can disable to keep the original numbers?
Best regards
