Solved Call limit per queue

Hello all,

Is there any way to limit calls per queue?
We have 3 queues in an instance, one DID number.
We would like to limit 10 inbound calls per queue, on a 32 CC instance.

Yes there is!

All you need to do is set the "Maximum Callers in Queue" parameter under " Call Queues >> Edit >> Advanced >> Queue Preferences":



Note: Its default value is 0 meaning it's unlimited.
