Hi All,

I've got a customer stating today they had a caller have their call dropped multiple times.

Unfortunately, logging was set to low so not much to go on. But, One thing I wanted some clarity on was the call routing.

Call route should be incoming > IVR (101) > 14s prompt, after 1s go to HG (806) ring all > No answer 10s/no answer go to HG (805) > ring all

Typical call I expect to see this:

13721

Problematic calls:

13722

Yellow call hits the IVR then appears to go to EXT 101 for a second then disconnect - What is this behavior?

Green call hits the IVR and gets answered by EXT in the 805 HG and is dropped after 3s.

I know this isnt one that can be answered without seeing the full log.

My question really is why does call state it's gone from IVR (101) to 101 (happens twice, yellow and pink)

Without seeing deeper logs we would only be making assumptions.
