Can someone explain why some other call logs look like this? Normally it shows up the caller extension number.

Yes. Some of them showed like this but the others are showing just fine.

Yes inbound call

it depends also on how the calls came in the PBX.
Have you also check a call report?

Yes. it doesn't even show on the call reports.

So actually never reached the PBX or terminated once connected to the PBX?
