So I have a mix of Fanvil X4s and X5s phones. For some reason I can't manage to setup a Ring Pickup. I have it set to do say *20*1000 but that doesn't work unless I have one the of DDSKeys set to the extension and the PickUp Number with the dial code for the Call Pickup.
This works on the Fanvil X4's like I expect but for some reason it no longer works on the X5s.
Has anyone else had these issues? Does anyone know anything I can do to make it work again witht he Fanvil X5s?
