Call queue- Ring All at agent after "x" rings

Hello,
I want to have a queue that ring simultaneity at 3 extensions and after 3 rings add another 3 extension to the ring (6 extension overall).
I Know I can do that with another 2st backup queue that will include the whole 6 extensions and forward the 1st queue to that backup queue, but that solution have 2 problems:

1. The MOH will restart when it will be forward to the 2st queue and it's not sounds good to the customer- especially when the MOH have text in it.
2. I will need 2 buttons in the SIP phones that represent the queue call, instead of 1 button.

Any ideas to solve this?

Anyone have a solution offer?
Someone is willing to post an idea for add another extensions to a queue after x rings\seconds?
I think it's must-have feature.

This is how it looks like in Panasonic PBX:


The main idea is the first "Immediate" ring Extensions will still ring when the other extension starts to ring.
Extensions 504,515,516 is actually joining the ring after the "delayed ring" time.
in this configuration you don't need to create "backup queue" for every queue- the MOH runs smoothly and you can create one flexlible button at the SIP-PHONE for every queue.
