I'm hoping that someone can give me a bit of direction as our configuration does not seem to be doing what I thought it should.
We have a Call queue setup with a Prioritized Hunt and a Ring Time of 15 seconds. The Maximum Queue Wait Time is 30 seconds and we then pass it off to a Ring Group.
That Ring Group has a Ring Time of 15 seconds and the Destination if no answer is set at a different ring group but the call does not get as far as the next group and the call drops.
We would like to add an extra step to this where it would hand off to another group if this timer expires but we are not at that point yet!
