Call Queues Music On Hold

Hello,

When someone enters one queue, he hears for 0,5 sec the music on hold prompt then a 0,5 sec nothing and then the hole music on hold prompt.

And if you have a different Music on Hold file in the queue settings and different in global settings of music on hold it plays first for 0,5 sec the global music on hold and then the queue Music on Hold.

Can i fix this??

Probably depends on your queue configuration, welcome prompt (if any), etc.
Finally you can replace the default music-on-hold file with edited one, inserting 0.5 sec silence.
