Looking some help and advice please
We have one incoming number with office hours 09:00 - 17:30, these calls go to an IVR and then on to a Department (Support). We want to allow certain customers to allow calls from 08:00 to 18:00. At the moment we've only done this using the CID Rules to redirect to another Queue.
Given that we've got a number of customers that will have multiple numbers that they'll be calling from, is there a way to add their DDI range of numbers?
Or is there a better way to do this without having the customer ring another number which will add to confusion. I don't want to add another option to the IVR which could be abused by those that shouldn't get the extra service so to speak.
We want to make it as easy as possible for the Users
