Solved Call Screen not working

Hi there

I have an extension configured to forward to mobile, rebound enabled, and call screening enabled under the Options tab but are you not prompted to record your name when this extension is dialed. Am I missing a step?

Fixed -- I had to remove the ring my mobile simultaneously option from the extension.
