Helle Everyone,

Please help me, I have configured a PORTech MV-378 on my 3CX , I can receive call to all my extensions, but I can make local call
I need your help.

Best,

Pierre

I assume you meant to type..."but I can't make local call"

You'll need to provide a few more details...

Is this the only extension you have provisioned, or are there others, do they work?
Is the extension local, on the same LAN, or remote?
Can you call other extensions?
Did you create outbound rules? (this part is sort of important)
What type of trunks are you using?

R- All the extensions work normally, I can call all the extensions, and all the extensions can call me too.
Is the extension local, on the same LAN, or remote? R- All the extensions are on the same LAN
Can you call other extensions?R- Yes I call all of them
Did you create outbound rules? (this part is sort of important) R- Yes, I create my outbound rules.
What type of trunks are you using?
R- the type of TRUNK is Gateway SIM, PORTech MV-378 8 SIM Ports

Well, it may be a gateway configuration...do the trunks show as registered?, or your outbound rules (perhaps you are not sending valid digits).

Have you had a look at the 3CX Activity Log, for an outbound call attempt. that should tell you where the call is failing. If you are not clear on what it is telling you, post the log of a call attempt. Do calls make it as far as the gateway? Being a (I assume) GSM gateway, then there should be one common digit format (length) for local or national calls.
