Call to mobile targets fail on Samsung 24 phones only

Hi Everyone,

we have a weird issue with all Samsung 24 models where employees are unable to reach mobile targets through their 3CX apps on the Samsung phones.

Error message:

Call or Registration to 0048xxxxxxxxx@(Ln.10000@XXXXXXX - SE) failed.
sip:XX.XX.XX.XX:5060;lr replied: Address Incomplete (484)

We tried different country codes. All the same issue. However, employees with other phone brands like Pixel, Huawei etc. do not experience theses issues. It really comes down just to Samsung S24 models. The app versions are all the same (20.2.0.13). We also compared phone settings with each other.

Is this a known issue?
