Call transfer Back on no answer

Can 3cx work with blind transfer call back on " No Answer "?

Regarding your question, it can only work when the extension the call is transferred to is busy.



When not answered, it will follow the forwarding rules of the extension the call is transferred to.

Hola,

Es curioso que la call back funcione en GrandStream, pero con teléfonos SNOM, no.

Imagino que será por la plantilla que tiene cada teléfono de fábrica. Mi problema se produce con SNOM y a pesar de tener las configuraciones de las distintas opiniones del foro, no consigo hacerlo funcionar.
