Hello, I have a question about the transfer of calls. I would like to configure the following option: if extension A transfers a call to extension B and, after 60 seconds, extension B does not answer, this call should return to extension A. Is there an option?

That option deals with calls that are forwarded to a busy extension, not one, that goes unanswered. I'm assuming that you are not using voicemail, on any extensions, if you are expecting a transfered call to ring for 60 seconds.

Transfer back on busy does not work for me. When de extension is busy, the call is transferred back. However, if the extension does not answer the call, it is not transferred back.

This solution I am looking for has not yet been implemented in 3cx, a great lack in my opinion.
More details on requests for this function to be implemented can be found in this topic: https://www.3cx.com/community/threa...ator-after-unsuccessfull-blind-transfer.44195

It is probably assumed, that most users have voicemail enabled for their extension (or calls forward elsewhere), so the call would never go unanswered, for long.

We would really like this also, if a customer calls we want them to speak to someone not voicemail, if the staff do blind transfer it’s an issue for us.
we just try to force them to do attended Or get staff to make status away where it rings their collegue.
