Hi, my client is using 3cx v18 and I'm attempting to setup Grandstream HT801 to send and receive t.38 fax. Anyways, the sip provider is Callcentric in which I've setup 3 different extensions (at callcentric) in order to facilitate the 2 different fax numbers the client needs. I've setup 3 separate sip trunks in 3cx corresponding to the Callcentric extensions and are online with assigned DID's. The issue is that when I call into one of the extensions (DID assigned number) it's not getting routed through 3cx (on premise server). It shows the call in activity, but no destination is listed. When I assign the main extension (at callcentric) the ATA device answers properly? I'm obviously overlooking something as the only Callcentric trunk I can get to work is the main trunk.

Check the call in the activity log and see to which trunk the call is sent to. You will see a 5 digit virtual extension that correlates to each trunk (e.g 10001). In V18 you can use this extension to search the trunk in the trunks section. This will tell you if the call is going to the correct trunk or if all calls are routed to the same trunk.
If all calls come to the main trunk then its a Callcentric configuration. If the calls are sent to the correct trunks each time then it's a 3CX configuration.

Also consider upgrading your client to V20 as V18 will be EOL very soon.
