Can anyone suggest another US Provider that does?

You should be able to choose from one of our supported providers https://www.3cx.com/partners/sip-trunks/usa/

Also you may also be able to contact the provider and see with their support.

I did notice with some providers that receiving a call to my CY mobile number that I was getting a random caller ID coming in, but from the same trunk to my AU mobile, the number was coming in with the proper number.

So this might even be a problem with your local telco.
