Hello, I want to add prefix 9 to my outbound called id not caller ID in 3cx, the problem is that when agents are redialling from web interface to outside number the prefix 9 is not adding automatically and the call fails, the agent must type number manually which is not comfortable. Please help me to fix this issue

To first get a bit more information on this:

I want to add prefix 9 to my outbound called id not caller ID in 3cx
Outbound Caller ID is the caller ID you show (your "from" number) when you call outward. Do you want to add a prefix to this?

As this would not make much sense to me I assume you are actually talking about the Caller ID of the incoming call, which will eventually end up being the Dialed number if you receive a call from someone, end it, and then try to dial back from your call history. Could you confirm if this is the case? If yes, why do you need the 9 prefix, is it to match a specific Outbound rule? If this is indeed what you're trying to achieve you should be able to do it by utilizing the Caller ID Reformatting tool, however, do note that this will apply to every call coming in from the SIP Trunk which you configured this on.

Please do provide more information if the above is not what you are trying to do so that we can determine if there is another workaround.
