"Called Number Does Not Exist" Outbound calls

HI 4 all,
I have issue with outbound calls "Called Number Does Not Exist" with Goip 4 ports, This is my 3cx configuration :

Since you've X'd out the first part of the IP, I can't be certain if this is a Private IP, or a Public one ( certainly hope the device is on the same LAN).

Your outboards rules are so generic, they will send just about any number to the device, which could cause issues down the road. I would consider creating rules, restricting to numbers that are in a proper format, accepted by the provider.

You might want to check other posts in the forum, about attempts to use Goip, such as...

I suspect there is a network setting, either in the trunks settings of 3Cx, or in the device, that needs to change.

Both devices have public IP in different network, firewall testing is all done and green.

About outboards rules, for personal use only, I'm traveling to the country that doesn't support my mobile operator roaming, so I do all of this so I can receive my calls and be able to make calls when I'm abroad.

I will check the link and i hope it will help me.

Regarding changing network settings: I also think so, but I do not know exactly which settings should be changed.

Since both devices have public IPs (is the Goip device behind a router?), you will no doubt have some issues as this is not a 3CX supported setup. The fact that the INVITE from 3CX, using an IP not on the same LAN, may be invoking a security function on the gateway, in the same manner that 3CX will block direct SIP calls to an IP rather than the FQDN. Whether this can be overcome in the settings, I don't know. Perhaps someone else, familiar with the device can offer some answers.

However, the setup you are using is not going to be common.

You might also consider contacting the manufacturer, to see if they have any suggestions.

I highly recommend first eliminating the possibility of this issue being related to the dialed number format before investigating any further. As leejor said, your Outbound Rule will accept anything where the provider might not.

First thing to do is check if you can reproduce the issue by dialing a specific number. If for instance calls to +123456 fail but calls to 00123456 work, then you'll immediately know that numbers starting with the + are not accepted so you could then modify your Outbound Rule to strip the + sign and prepend 00.
